Your Voice Matters — Speak Up

You have the right to speak up. We have a responsibility to listen.

If something makes you feel worried, uncomfortable, unsafe or unhappy about the support you receive, you can tell us. You can also speak up if you are concerned about someone else.

What can I tell someone about?

  • Someone has made you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
  • You are worried about how someone has treated you.
  • You have seen or experienced something concerning.
  • You feel that no one has listened to you.
  • You have a complaint, question or suggestion.

What happens next?

We will listen, take your concern seriously, explain what happens next and respond appropriately. We respect your privacy, but may need to share information to keep someone safe or comply with the law. You may ask a trusted adult or support person to help you.

How to contact us

Email info@stages.net.au to raise a safeguarding concern, or use our Contact STAGES page. If your concern is about a STAGES worker, you may ask to speak with management or contact an appropriate external authority directly.
